“T” Version Now Available as Double Pt100 (2× Pt100, 3‑Wire, Class A)

Our widely used “T” version clamp‑on temperature sensor is now offered as a Double Pt100 (2× Pt100, 3‑wire) in Class A. This enhancement reduces the previous double‑clamp configuration to a single, compact, high‑precision measuring point, simplifying installation while improving measurement reliability.

Existing installations equipped with the “T” clamp remain fully compatible, ensuring that your current measuring points can continue to be used without modification.

As with all variants in this temperature sensor series, the new Double Pt100 version is suitable – depending on the selected material – for temperature ranges from –200 °C to +250 °C. It enables non‑intrusive temperature measurement of process media without penetrating the pipe, making it ideal for hygienic, regulated, and contamination‑sensitive environments.

The clamp is precisely matched to the outer pipe diameter (Ø 6 mm to Ø 120 mm), ensuring excellent thermal contact without the need for thermal paste or pads. The integrated silver measuring plate provides extremely fast heat transfer, achieving a t90 response time of < 2 seconds (plus the natural delay caused by pipe wall thickness and material).

With the optional locking ring, the sensor becomes perfectly suited for calibration and re‑calibration, as the measuring point remains in the exact same position every time. Cable ends can be supplied either with free wire ends or a connector, depending on your application requirements.
