Roller Surface Temperature Sensor for Precise, Non-Intrusive Temperature Measurement

The roller surface temperature sensor is engineered to maintain a defined distance to the measurement surface—without scratching, damaging, or altering it through friction. It is suitable for both mobile temperature measurements with a handle and fixed installation using a mounting bracket.

PTFE Rollers with Ball Bearings for Low-Friction Measurment

High‑quality PTFE rollers with integrated ball bearings ensure smooth, low‑resistance movement across the surface. This guarantees repeatable and highly accurate measurements, even in demanding industrial environments. A high‑temperature version is available for applications up to 240 °C.

Precisely Adjustable Sensor Position

With fine mechanical adjustment screws, the height and angle of the sensor can be set with precision. This allows the measurement point to be perfectly aligned with the application—ideal for reproducible measurement processes in industrial settings, laboratories, and quality assurance.

Compatible with Type K and Pt100 Sensors

The roller temperature sensor is suitable for:
